History

The Millbridge Group was established in 1998 to provide a diverse range of property, development and construction related services to occupiers, investors and developers internationally. 

In 2003 following demands by existing clients, Millbridge carried out its first international projects which continue to this day.

Millbridge assumed PLC status in 2005 and in June 2006 joined forces with London firm Norman Rourke Consulting, to create a dynamic business with projects totalling in excess of £400 million across the UK and Western Europe. 

In 2007 Millbridge was awarded its first project in the Caribbean which lead to the creation of Hanbury Caribbean Limited, shortly followed by the opening of our office in St Lucia. 

With more than 25 staff, Millbridge has and continues to provide high level services to clients in countries across the globe.
