History

The Millbridge Group was established in 1998 to provide a diverse range of property, development and construction related services to occupiers, investors and developers internationally. 

In 2003 following demands by existing clients, Millbridge opened offices in a number of countries across Europe.

Millbridge assumed PLC status in 2005 and in June 2006 joined forces with London firm Norman Rourke Consulting, to create a dynamic business with projects totalling in excess of £400 million across the UK and Western Europe. 

In 2007 Millbridge was awarded its first project in the Caribbean which lead to the creation of Hanbury Caribbean Limited, shortly followed by the opening of our office in St Lucia. 

In January 2009 we opened our first office in the United Arab Emirates based in the Emirates Tower, Dubai and in 2010 we opened our office in Abu Dhabi.

With 10 directors and 45 staff, Millbridge now operates from seven locations; London, Hertford, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Portugal, Paris, Frankfurt and the Caribbean.
