Client project management and representative in purchase of new premises, sale of old premises and overall management of move and refurbishment.  Contract Administrator for the refurbishment works.

Refurbishment started April 2001, with the move in September 2001.  The search for alternative premises commenced beginning 2000

Evaluation
Involved great change to the client’s staff moving from cellular period offices to modern open place.  Completed on time and within client budget.
