Description of Property
Grade II Listed public swimming baths constructed in the 1930’s.  The building is also located in a conversation area and any proposed alterations generate extensive local interest.

Project Details
Extensive refurbishment of the main swimming pool hall, gymnasium, changing rooms, reception, dance studio and external repairs.

Project Value
Approximately £2.5m over 30 weeks split into 3 phases.  The centre to remain operational throughout the works.

Procurement
Traditional Bill of Quantities, drawings, single stage selective tendering and JCT Standard Form of Contract.

Millbridge Role
Fund Monitoring Surveyors appointed by City of Westminster to advise on all aspects of the project, including scope of works, tendering process, quality, statutory compliance and cost control.
