Procurement
East Anglian Ambulance NHS Trust procured the premises under ‘Agreements to Lease’, with the Client acting as landlord. The building was fitted out on behalf of the Trust as part of the main works. JCT ‘design and build’ contract based upon an Employer’s Requirements incorporating planning permission, detailed output specifications and room data .

Evaluation
The development was the second scheme to be developed at Beacon Park business park, using funding provided by the East of England Development Agency and great Yarmouth Borough Council, where Millbridge is retained by the Council as project managers for the overall development. It was completed on time and within budget and provides the Trust with ‘state of the art’ facilities adjacent to the James Paget District General Hospital.
