Ten bedroom boutique-spa hotel with swimming pool, mini cinema and fully equipped gym with 18 villa complex, constructed using locally sourced materials, including the wood, glass and stone, all of which is recyclable.  Great attention is being paid to the buildings carbon footprint and the hotel and villas will use geo-thermal energy and the under floor heating, hot water and heating for the pool will all be naturally generated from boreholes into the earth.
