June 2007Work has now commenced on the third phase of E3 Property's Palmyra development, with a construction value of €10m. Completion is due in Summer 2008.
Other ongoing Hanbury projects in the Algarve include the project management of the Savannahs development, a 220 unit 'lifestyle' village situated in the town on Almancil, scheduled for completion in 2010; an 84 unit development with restaurants and spa near Carvoeiro and the bank monitoring role for six prestigious villas at the exclusive Vale de Lobo resort.
Hanbury has expanded its service offering to include quantity surveying, following the recruitment of QS, Toni Da Silva.
