July 2007Moonglade Holdings Ltd have appointed Millbridge as Project Managers, Quantity Surveying, CDM Co-ordination, Party Wall Surveying on their office development scheme, Wellbar House in Newcastle.
The schemes involves a new nine storey high quality office building to BCO specification providing approximately 120,000ft2 office space, two levels of basement parking and two retail units on the ground floor.
Due for completion in December 2009, the development will provide 120,000 sq ft of high quality air conditioned offices which will incorporate 70 car parking spaces within the development.
