On a privileged location in one of Europe´s most spectacular coastlines, Peralta Beach is an Eco Quality Resort created on rolling farmland within an area of great natural beauty set back from the ocean, only 45 minutes from Lisbon.

With the renowned Architect Vasco Vieira signature, recognised for his stunning modern designs, the First Phase of the development comprises 27 eco villas and a ten bedroom boutique spa hotel, specially positioned to maximize the unique surroundings and ocean views emphasised by the natural beauty of the hillside. A carefully designed and maintained pathway leads safely down to the beach itself.

The 27 eco villas fulfil a high architectural standard, harmoniously integrated in a unique landscaping ambience, which entirely respects the natural surroundings of that particular area.

To preserve its unique environment and to ensure that it is an ecologically friendly development, each villa in this high specification development is being constructed using locally bio sourced materials where possible, including the local stone.
