Leading Spa instructs Millbridge Caribbean

Le Sport and Sun Swept Resorts have commissioned Millbridge to project manage their new exciting beach front development of 18 luxury villas and oasis spa suites.  The Villas are set on a hillside over looking Martinique, in the exclusive resort of Cap Estate, St Lucia.

Owners of the villas are also able to enjoy the privileges of the Golf and Country Club plus full access to The BodyHoliday, a resort and hotel, named Number One overseas destination Spa by Conde Nast readers.

All villas are built to a very high specification and follow a strong plantation theme throughout highlighting the trend for natural, organic living, with an eclectic mix of furnishings including neural colours, natural textures and antique reproductions.

The International design team comprises of Knitter Architects based in Los Angeles and Interior Designers ICD from Miami.

Managing Director Graham Clarke comments “this is technically a very difficult but challenging project, due to the location of the villas being constructed on the side of a mountain”.

The project value is US$20 with completion due Fall 2009.
