LUXURY ECO-FRIENDLY RESORT DEVELOPMENT IN BRAZIL
November 2009The Elements Club has recently appointed Millbridge International as project managers & cost controllers on their prestigious new residential and hotel development on the beachfront in Sao Miguel do Gostoso (1 hour North of Natal) in Brazil. The scheme will comprise of 150 units ranging in size from 150m² to 750m². These consist of 5* luxury villas ranging from single storey beach front houses to contemporary two-storey panoramic & woodland villas. The scheme also incorporates a 5* boutique hotel, two spas, restaurants, beach clubs and excellent sporting facilities.
This will be an eco-friendly development using ecological and energy efficient building solutions. Award winning Portuguese architect, Vasco Vieira, will use his ability to combine quality design and environmentally friendly features, working closely together with Brazilian architects Sidney Quintela and British Architects Walker Bushe.
Construction is expected to commence in 2011 with a 2½ year construction period with completion anticipated prior to the 2014 Football World Cup.
The 70 hectare site, will benefit hugely from the new international airport being built in Natal, which will receive direct flights from many new International destinations.
