January 2009Ex-footballer, Lee Chapman appointed Millbridge as project manager and quantity surveyor on the construction of JuJu Lounge in the Kings Road, a champagne and cocktail bar.
As well as the refurbishment, a soundproof structure was built within the confines of the existing building, which then had to support all the mechanical and electrical services, without comprising the sound attenuation properties. This allows the club to operate without causing the adjoining residents a loss of amenity.
JuJu opened in December 08.
