Wine Warehouse

The Wine Society's new £3.8m warehouse in Stevenage, Hertfordshire was completed on time and to budget.  Initial results of the temperature controlled warehouse environment, which is stabilised by the use of an innovative material called 'Hemcrete' in the walls, look very promising. The building is currently operating at the correct temperature, without the need for air conditioning.
