Phil has been responsible for devising the strategy and implementation process for large scale retail roll-out programmes across the UK and then managing through to ensure successful completion and rebranding.   Phil has extensive experience in the restaurant/leisure industry including fast track developments for a number of brands both as Consultant and Client.
