Managing logistics and manufacturing projects has always been one of our core specialities.  Whether advising owner-occupiers, developers or investors, we have strong market knowledge of this sector, having completed in excess of 5 million sq ft of new-build facilities over the last five years.

The diversity of our role can include acting as development manager, identifying new sites, negotiating rental and other pre-letting agreement terms as well as supervising overall specification and building form.  We also monitor construction and project manage the fit-out together with advising on capital allowances, health and safety and occupational issues.
