Patient hotel for Government of Gibraltar, consisting of conversion of three Grade II Listed interconnected buildings, creation of 37 bedrooms for patients including en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes, common areas including reception rooms and main kitchen, nurses stations and control rooms etc. Approximate construction value £6.35m with a construction period on site of 24 months, approximate gross internal floor area 15,100ft2.

We project managed the fit out of a new Marco Pierre White Italian restaurant at Arbor City Hotel, close to Brick Lane in London, E1. Following the recent departure of the hotel’s general manager and working on a very short timescale, we had to “fast track” to organise the fit out, arrange delivery of catering supplies and equipment and schedule restaurant staff training while the restaurant remained open and continued to trade for hotel guests.

We project managed the creation of JuJu Lounge, a high end, late night music and food bar on the Kings Road in Chelsea, West London, for our client Souk Bar & Restaurant Ltd.
Comprising of the main bar, plus a small kitchen and live DJ booth, all finishes were very high spec, including inlaid gold leaf details on the bar and ceiling and a fully sound insulated floor to validate the music licence and avoid noise transfer to adjacent buildings and dwellings.
We faced several crucial issues on site with access and storage, plus late changes by the client and the designer, resulting in the need for work to continue on site over the Christmas and New Year period, which caused labour issues and slight delays.
Despite the difficulty of the site conditions, plus problems and errors caused by electrical and ventilation contractors, we managed the project through to successful completion, meaning our client could open on schedule.
