The Town Planning team is run by Andrew Clarke, a Chartered Town Planner and a member of the RTPI, providing expert advice on behalf of a range of clients including homeowners, landowners, private individuals, investors and developers.

We predominantly cover Essex, Hertfordshire and London, with a few ongoing projects elsewhere within the south-east.

We advise in relation to the full remit of town and country planning matters, managing and providing expert advice on a range of projects and planning applications of different scales and complexities. We specialise in unlocking planning potential and managing planning applications.
