We work closely with our clients throughout every stage of the project—liaising with landlords, consultants, and the wider client design team to ensure a coordinated and efficient process. Our services include advice on all local and national codes for construction, preparing drawings for local, national and landlord approvals including Planning Consent and Building Regulations, producing the master programme, overseeing cost control, and assisting with contractor procurement and client-direct contracts. We organise and attend regular client and site meetings, prepare and issue tender documentation, and provide full contract administration to ensure successful project delivery from concept to completion
