Millbridge are employed by PFE Express Properties Limited to act as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor to oversee their Headquarter Facilities in Witham Essex. The new building comprises a three storey office amenity block (20,000 Sq Ft) and single storey warehouse facility (100,000Sq Ft).

We project managed and provided quantity surveying services on the construction of a new high bay, temperature controlled 25,000ft² warehouse in Stevenage, winning an RICS Sustainability award for our work on the project.

We were instructed by Judges Scientific to project manage the construction of a new manufacturing and clean room facility, with associated offices and infrastructure, in a site they were considering purchasing on a business park in East Sussex. In addition to managing the project from its inception, we provided quantity surveying and architectural services, all consents and a design and build contract. The site was complex, with restrictions imposed by the business park, and along with relocation of statutory authorities and ecology issues the project was delivered on time and on budget in 2012.
