Project Brief:

Since 1986, we’ve been acting as Landlord surveyors to Daejan Properties who own 12 mansion blocks containing 220 apartments, at Oakwood Court in Kensington, London. These works have restored and transformed both the exteriors of the buildings and the internal common areas, and have included:
