High end residential radical refurbishment including basement extension for owner occupier, including high quality internal finishes and comfort cooling to certain principal rooms. Approximate construction value £2.09m with a construction period on site of 9 months, approximate gross internal floor area 7,160ft2.

We were engaged to act for a private client in the alterations, extension and conversion of their 5 bedroom Listed family house on Rutland Gate, London, W1.

The project was designed by a signature architect and interior designer and included new basement, stone staircase, lift and modern interior design throughout.
