High end residential project for developer consisting of radical refurbishment of main Grade I Listed building and rear mews building, fully fitted out with high quality internal finishes including comfort cooling, new cinema / multi media room, new jacuzzi and spa area and car lift to basement and infra structure wiring for audio visual installation installed as part of FF&E. Approximate construction value £3.35m with a construction period on site of 12 months, approximate gross internal floor area 7,100ft2.
