Since 1986, we’ve been acting as Landlord surveyors to Daejan Properties who own 12 mansion blocks containing 220 apartments, at Oakwood Court in Kensington, London. These works have restored and transformed both the exteriors of the buildings and the internal common areas, and have included:
- Reroofing
- Replacement of in excess of 100 cantilevered stone balconies
- Exposure and treatment of corroded steel structure involving substantial demolition and reconstruction of elevations
- Replacement of all rooftop water tanks
- Restoration of mosaic flooring
- Replacement of rising mains services
- Installation of communal satellite/cable media installations
- Installation of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems
- Fire safety improvement works
- Cyclical external and internal repair and redecoration works
